For Wordlane account, vocabulary, or pronunciation support, email us with a short description of what happened.

Contact Wordlane support

Send an email from an address you can access. Include your app version and a short description of the issue if you know them. You may attach a screenshot if it helps explain the issue.

SENTRYSIGHT TECHNOLOGIES COMPANY LIMITED receives the email address, app version, issue details, and any attachment you choose to send. We use them to answer and troubleshoot your request; the message is not copied into Cloud Firestore. We delete support messages and attachments from the Wordlane support mailbox within 30 days after the final response. If we do not hear back, we close the request after 30 days and delete them within the following 30 days. Email providers may retain residual copies under their own retention or backup processes.

Please do not send your password. If a screenshot may contain private information, remove it before sending.

Common questions

How do I keep my words when I change devices?

In the Account area, create or sign in to an email account. Creating an account from a guest account keeps that guest collection with the same account. Sign in on the other device with the same email account.

I cannot sign in

Check that you are using the email address linked to the account. In the Account area, choose the password-reset option to request a reset link. For safety, Wordlane support cannot see or recover your password.

How do Vietnamese translations work?

Wordlane’s interface remains in English. You can turn Vietnamese translations on or off in the app to get extra help with a word’s meaning while you learn.

Why does pronunciation sound different on my device?

Device voice uses a voice installed by your operating system. You can change the selected voice or install the optional Kokoro pack in Wordlane’s pronunciation settings. The optional pack runs on your device after it has downloaded.

How do I remove the Kokoro voice pack?

Open Wordlane’s pronunciation settings and remove the downloaded voice pack. Removing it does not delete your vocabulary collection or learning history.
